PRODUCTION LINE FOR CARTRIDGED EMULSION-BASED EXPLOSIVES (EBE) (OPTIONS)

FIELD: firearms. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cartridged emulsion-based explosives. Two proposed options of a production line for cartridged emulsion-based explosive (EBE). According to option 1 the production line comprises a mixing chamber, an EBE ageing chamber and a cartridging chamber disposed in separate buildings of a common production facility. The EBE ageing chamber building is arranged between the mixing chamber building and the cartridging chamber building and separated from each of these building by an intermediate insulation chamber, the outer walls of which are the continuation to the walls of each of the building and of the common production facility. According to option 2 the production line comprises a mixing chamber, an EBE ageing chamber and a cartridging chamber disposed in a common production facility. The EBE ageing chamber is arranged between the mixing chamber and the cartridging chamber. The mixing chamber and the ageing chamber are disposed in one building. The cartridging chamber is disposed in another separate building. The buildings are separated by an intermediate insulation chamber, the outer walls of which are the continuation to the walls of each of the building and of the common production facility. ^ EFFECT: inventions ensure high efficiency and safety of the production of cartridged explosives. ^ 6 cl, 2 dwg
