Zusammenfassung:FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains casing, deforming elements for billet processing with tension and device for billet installation with the possibility of its rotation. Casing is made in the form of bushing with longitudinal slot for free passage of ball stud billet part that is adjacent with its spherical surface. Deforming elements are made in the form of double-coiled spring turns with the possibility of embracing of ball stud spherical surface. Double-coiled spring is made with internal working deforming turns and external support turns. Internal diameter of internal working deforming turns is less than the diameter of processed spherical surface of ball stud for the value of double tension. Double-coiled spring is fixed in the casing by means of external support turns.
