Zusammenfassung:FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: in realisation of method of power jacket winding on high pressure cylinder from polymer composite materials on sealing liner, which consists of cylindrical part and spherical bottoms with pole flanges, with tape of fiber threads spiral layers are wound, touching with tape coils that are installed in bottoms of pole flanges necks. Threads of tape in the area of contact are arc-bent, tape is deformed to garrot of circular section, and with array of arc-bent threads pressing ring is formed for pole flange neck. Maximum length of threads for ring formation is determined by formula: where 1 - maximum length of threads for ring formation, H - tape width, mm; r - radius of pole flange neck, mm; c= 1.02-1.25 - experimental coefficient, which considers change of thread length from tape "packing", depends on tape tension, viscosity of binder, deviation from optimal location of threads in the ring. ^ EFFECT: increase of operation reliability. ^ 2 cl, 9 dwg
