DOUBLE SECTION DRIVE-LESS DISPENSING UNIT OF LOOSE MATERIALS

FIELD: technological processes, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities of loose materials dispensing and may be used for manufacturing of different powder wires, namely, in manufacturing of double component powder wire with diameter from 8 to 20 mm for out-of-furnace treatment of steel and cast iron. Invention is related to reduction of dispensing section length on forming-rolling mill, and also simplification and increase of reliability of dispensing unit, which is provided since the dispensing unit includes the common shell with massive top plate for installation of two containers with charge, in which loading openings are arranged, at that the shell is divided along its length with vertical wall into left and right sections. In the top part of every section there is an intermediate bunker, and in the bottom part - shell with drive-less charge feeder, at that the vertical axis of outlet opening in intermediate bunker is displaced in relation to axis of inlet opening. Besides, drive-less charge feeder is made in the form of hollow leak-tight shell with top inlet and outlet openings, which are connected with inclined slide, at that slot nozzle is attached to outlet opening, and in the right end wall of shell there is a dispensing damper. ^ EFFECT: reduction of dispensing section length on forming-rolling mill and simplification and increase of reliability of dispensing unit. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg
