It includes the internal and external coaxial cylindrical electrodes, coaxially cylindrical partition located between them consisting of three sections, i.e. two dielectric, at the device input and output, and metallic, located in the zone of electric field. The metallic section of the cylindrical partition consists of, at least, two parts separated by dielectric inserts. ^ EFFECT: increased hydro carbonic liquid dehydration depth due to higher intensity of electric field in its volume. ^ 2 dwg
