DEVICE FOR INJECTING SAND SUSPENSION INTO PETROLEUM STRATUM

FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum industry, in particular to devices intended for injection of sand suspension in hydraulic fracturing of formation (HFF). The proposed device consists of a hopper with a cone for sand, branch pipes in the device upper and lower parts, a pressure and overpressure lines. According to this invention, the hopper is made concentric of several pipes and a central pipe, its upper part which accommodating a ball valve to shut off the cone after discharging the sand from the central pipe. The said pipe lower part accommodates the cone for sand, a gauged orifice and a flow meter. Here, note that the branch pipes interconnect the hopper pipes and the said device is coupled with a nozzle providing for a pressure difference in the hopper pipes and feeding the sand from lateral pipes after shutting off the cone. ^ EFFECT: increasing the petroleum influx from the stratum to the fracture and from the fracture to the well in hydraulic fracturing. ^ 1 dwg
