For this purpose bone marrow cells (BMC) are sampled, BMC mononuclear fraction is released in vitro, this fraction is cultivated in gas environment during 7-10 days followed by intramyocardial or intracoronary introduction to patient. At that immunocorrecting agents are introduced as during cell cultivation so after transplantation. Method provides improved regenerative ability of BMC owing to optimal period of cultivation and correction of immune system of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. ^ EFFECT: improved regenerative ability of bone marrow cells. ^ 2 ex, 1 tbl
