METHOD OF TREATMENT OF TENDON TEAR OF BICEPS MUSCLE OF ARM AT DAMAGES OF ITS DISTAL PART

FIELD: medicine; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the underraned tendon of a biceps muscle of arm with lavsan suture is made through two channels drilled in an oval dimple in width of 5 mm, length of 10 mm and depth equal to a half of diameter of the radial bone, formed on a ventral tuberosity surface of a radial bone on half of diameter of a radial bone. Sutures are put out on its back surface on distance of 10-12 mm from each other. Then the underraned tendon is put out from an additional cut on a back surface of a radial bone and bundle. The method allows to restore function of an ulnar joint and a biceps muscle of arm due to tendon fixation in a place as much as possible approached to anatomic norm. ^ EFFECT: function restoration of an ulnar joint and a biceps muscle of arm. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg
