Zusammenfassung:FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: spacer consists of clamps made in the form of two dies (3, 4) that are fixed with bolt (5) and connected with traction bar (2) by cylindrical finger (8). Unbending washer (15) is installed under head (14) of bolt (5), and the washer is made in the form of bulge (17) in one end, and in the other - in the form of indent (19) with lugs (20). The washer (15) is installed symmetrically in relation to centre (21) of opening (16) under bolt (5) so that distances L5 and L6 from bulge (17) and lugs (19) to centre (21) are equal and are calculated by the following proportion: L5=L6= (1.752.0)-dbolt> where dbolt - diameter of bolt (5). Length L and width H of dies (3, 4) of the spacer are also calculated based on certain proportions. In the internal surfaces (9) of dies (3, 4) transverse bulges (10) are made, which are limited in radius R1 by angle alpha1=8090 and are distant from edges of dies (3, 4) by the distance L1 that equals to (56) mm. Rounding of dies (3, 4) in the point of wire (1) exiting the clamp is done with radius R2, which is selected from proportion R2>2 mm. ^ EFFECT: spacer is characterized with high reliability of operation and provides significant saving of expensive metal. ^ 8 cl, 7 dwg
