Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanics; power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: said invention may be used for producing heat and electric power, as well as for producing gaseous hydrocarbon-containing products from coal. Coal is loaded into gas generator 1, bottom section of which is a flattened cone with plasmotrons installed all around. At an angle to each plasmotron axis, oxygen-containing gas supply nozzles 10 are located, and steam supply nozzles 11 are installed symmetrically. Coal is heated and purged with oxygen-containing gas and steam. Resulting ash is dumped to ash conversion furnace 8, provided with plasmotrons 40, while synthetic gas is supplied successively to plasma chemical gas generator 19, desulphurisation assembly 20, cyclone 21, high-temperature receiver 23. Synthetic gas from receiver 23 is supplied to solid-phase reduction reactor 25, effluent gas pipeline from which, via additional gas treatment cyclon 27, leads to combustion chamber 28 of electric energy production plant. The invention provides for possibility to obtain high-quality metal from ore and coal in one stage, for higher rate of solid fuel gasification, for maximum utilisation of installed capacity of equipment and environment-friendly operating mode. ^ EFFECT: maximum utilisation of installed capacity of the plant for solid fuel thermal processing due to higher rate of solid fuel gasification; one-stage metal production from ore and coal. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
