FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: separatory flanger for producing the dough pieces of shaped rolls includes receiving cone for dough, feeding rolls with regulation mechanism of rotation angle, piston chambers with pressure pistons and forming muffs, changeable holder with rolling sheets, rolling pins, droppers, operating mechanism. The later makes the conveyer belt movement at one step. Forming muffs are located upright, the droppers are placed in the gaps between the rolling pins and rolling shetts. Rolling pins, droppers and rolling sheets move acoording to the predetermined cycle in upright direction and make the reciprocating movement in horizontal plane. ^ EFFECT: design simplification, reduction in metal consumption, machine reliability improving. ^ 3 dwg
