At that the first unbalance has a wing shape; the poles are made as unbalances and are assembled on the drive shaft and are turn able; the second unbalance is assembled rigidly on the shaft and is attached to poles by means of a torsion spring. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability and enhanced functions. ^ 2 dwg
