Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be implemented in various sectors of industry where vibrating devices working under hard conditions are required: heavy startup or resonant mode. The unbalance vibration generator comprises case wherein a drive shaft is installed; the first and the second unbalances are arranged between two poles so that centers of balance gravity are located on the opposite sides against the axis of the drive shaft. At that the first unbalance has a wing shape; the poles are made as unbalances and are assembled on the drive shaft and are turn able; the second unbalance is assembled rigidly on the shaft and is attached to poles by means of a torsion spring. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability and enhanced functions. ^ 2 dwg
