It is done the control of the load size during the processing. For realizing this method it is used the accelerator with piezoelectrical device of mechanical colibations and enforcing device. The accelerator has the regularity of frequency response in diapason from 50 Hz 20 kHz and sensibility 8 mV/g. The response level of amplifying device in the touching moment of polishing ring with detail is 30-35 mV/g. ^ EFFECT: it is exceeded the precision of the parameters and the quality of the surfaces gasothermical layers during their polishing. ^ 2 dwg
