Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition contains hypohalogen and -stabilising buffer mixture from the group of normal carbonic or phosphoric salts of alkali metals, or mixtures thereof. In addition, it contains various acid salts, e.g. sodium bicarbonate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and mixtures thereof, in amount, which provides for the composition stability at solution temperature of 35° or more. Optimum ratio of normal salt to acid salts is 0.03 wt.%:20 wt.% to 20 wt.%:0.01 wt.%. ^ EFFECT: composition is highly reactive and provides for high material whiteness and disinfection level. ^ tbl
