Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: biotechnology and agriculture, in particular, production of biologically active concentrates for farm animals and birds. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves washing out food yeast followed by autolysis; separating autolysate and drying base product; subjecting aqueous suspension of washed out food yeast to induced autolysis during 10-20 hours at temperature of 45-55 C while continuously mixing until amino nitrogen content is 2.5-5.0% in the presence of mixture of formalin, chloroform and ethyl alcohol used in weight ratio of 1:0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2, with final concentration of mixture making 0.5-1.55% by weight of dry substance of food yeast; heating autolysate during 25-35 min at temperature of 65-75 C; driving off cell enclosure sediment; drying resulted solution to moisture content of 6-8%; using brewer's or baker's or wine yeast as food yeast; providing drying using spraying procedure. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of base product and, accordingly, increased weight gain of farm animals and birds. ^ 3 cl, 3 tbl, 12 ex |
