Luminol-dependent chemiluminescence reaction curves are recorded and stimulation index (SI) is calculated from formula: SI= Sinh/Sctr, where Sinh is the chemiluminescence reaction cells intensity in sample with cAMP-phosphodiesterase inhibitor, Sctr is the chemiluminescence reaction cells intensity in sample without the inhibitor.
