Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: brewery industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a mixture of granulated hop and water taken in the ratio hop : water = 1:88 and heated this mixture to 100°C followed by extraction in a closed device representing Kjeldahl flask connected with Liebig reflux condenser at temperature 100°C for 90 min.
