IMMUNOMODULATING COMPOSITION

FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunomodulating drugs that can be used in treatment of oncological, infectious, autoimmune and allergic diseases. Proposed composition contains a water-soluble fraction of disrupted cells of yeast producer of a heterologous protein-cytokine, a solubilizing agent and water. In particular, a protein-cytokine represents interleukin-2, and yeast extract represents Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain that is deposited in the All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms at number Y-791. The prepared composition is used by oral route and used in treatment of patients suffering from the immunodeficient state. Invention provides the maximal utilization of the therapeutic potential of yeast producer of heterologous cytokine and to avoid the complex procedure for purification of this cytokine that results to significant decreasing the cost in preparing the composition, and to obtain the preparation that can be administrated by oral route. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal properties of composition. ^ 9 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
