Then, the general prostate antigen concentration is measured once more. The value being greater than 4 ng/ml, prostate volume is determined. The value being greater than 50 cm3, complex prostate antigen level is determined. The value being greater than 3.6 ng/ml, prostate carcinoma is diagnosed, otherwise, no disease of malignant nature is considered to be available. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy in diagnosing prostate carcinoma cases. ^ 1 dwg
