Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: producing of superhard materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises two coaxial matrices with centered hollows made of spherical surface of faces that face each other, ring hollows made in the conical surfaces of the matrices in the zone of formation locking layer, and heater. The ring hollows receive ring-clutch provided with reinforcing member made of metallic ring. The ratio of the diameter of the central hollow to the radius of the generatrix of its sphere ranges from 1.6:1 to 1.8:1. The conical surface of the matrix is inclined to the horizontal surface at an angle of 2-3°.
