Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying magnetic laser radiation treatment course. 3-5 procedures of the treatment course are performed in defocalized beam mode during 30-60 s with frequency of 80 Hz and power of 0.25-0.5 W in epigastrium region. More 4-5 procedures are administered 4-6 days later every other day with alternating sinusoid magnetic field in contact mode spending 1-2 min per 2-3 fields applying magnetic induction of 10 mTesla units during 10-15 min. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated motor evacuation function recovery; reduced frequency and severity of postoperative complications.
