Receiver receives pulses that managed to pass sample; their speed is measured as well as decay factor of ultrasonic oscillations. According to parametric model (1), factors Z1 and Z2, being individual for any brand of polymer, are determined and Mooney viscosity of polymer sample is determined on base of parameters of ultrasonic oscillations from formula of Mh=Z1(rhoalphac3/omega2[1+(alphac/omega)2]2)Z2,(1), where Mh is Mooney viscosity, Mooney units; rho is density of polymer, kg/cm3; c is speed of ultrasound, m/s; alpha is decay factor of ultrasound, m-1; omega is ultrasonic oscillation frequency, s-1. ^ EFFECT: ability of measurement of plastic-elastic characteristic of polymer. ^ 1 tbl, 3 dwg
