Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicinal virology. ^ SUBSTANCE: vaccine strain A/17/Malaysia/04/11 (H3N2) deposited in collection of GISK named for L. A. Tarasevich at 147 is a reassortant obtained by crossing epidemic virus A/Malaysia/01/04 (H3N2) with cold-adopted temperature-sensitive virus A/Leningrad/134/17/57 (H2N2). The strain is multiplied actively in developing chicken embryos at optimal temperature 33C, characterized by temperature sensitivity and cold adaptation and inherited from epidemic virus two genes encoding surface proteins (hemagglutinin and neuraminidase) and six genes encoding nonglycolized proteins from attenuation donor. The strain is arectogenic for children and adults in intranasal way of its administration. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of virus strain. ^ 2 tbl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
