The filling agent of the wire additionally contains the iron and the rare-earth metals at the following ratio between the components of the filling agent (in mass %): calcium - 8-25, silicon - 35-50, the rare-earth metals - 8-20, iron - the rest. The ratio between the calcium and the rare-earth metals makes (0.8... 2.2): 1. The invention allows during the process of dipping of the wire into the melt quickly to form inside the wire the strong homogeneous compound with the fusion point of more than 1300C, to realize the deep passivation of the calcium, to synchronize the processes of release of the modificator into the melt and fusion of the alloy formed in the filling agent. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to form inside the wire the strong homogeneous compound with the high-temperature fusion point, to realize the deep passivation of the calcium, to synchronize the processes of the modificator release into the melt and fusion of the alloy formed in the filling agent. ^ 4 cl
