MEMBRANOUS TUBULAR MODULE

FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; production of the tubular membranous apparatuses for filtration of the liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the tubular membranous apparatuses for filtration of the liquids in the mode of the cross-flow ultra-, micro- or diafiltration. The membranous tubular module contains the housing, two fittings for feeding and withdrawal of the treated liquid and the membranous tubular filtration component. The filtration component consists of several open-porous tubes, which inside surface is coated by the semipermeable membrane and the ends are sealed in the holders. For sealing of the pressure chambers of the treated liquid and the chamber for collection of the filtrate the elastic rings bracing the holders of the filtering component are used. At constriction of the ends of the housing and the fittings the elastic rings fill in the annular cavities formed at the expense of the bevel made on the ends of the housing or the fittings. The technical result of the invention is the increased reliability, simplicity in manufacture and operation, the reduced costs of operation. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased reliability, simplicity in manufacture and operation of the membranius tubular module, the reduced costs of its operation. ^ 3 dwg
