Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: protection of underwater hulls of ships, objects and structures operated in water medium. ^ SUBSTANCE: compound for proposed coat contains polymer base and semi-finished product for production of beta-active radio nuclides in form of finely dispersed powder, for example lithium bicarbonate L2CO3, thus ensuring radiation safety in manufacture and application of coat. After application of coat before beginning of operation, coat is subjected to activation by neutron flux (radiation source, type -1...109 with radio nuclide 252Cf) till density of radiation on coat surface reaches 102-103 R/h. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. ^ 2 cl
