Zusammenfassung:FIELD: astronautics, in particular, procedure of execution of trajectory measurements and determinations of orbit parameters of a space vehicle, applicable on on-board and ground control systems for exact determination of the current parameters of space vehicle motion in the geostationary orbit of an artificial earth satellite. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that the slant range from the ground station to the geostationary satellite is measured in sessions during several days, the obtained set of measurements is divided into two parts - the learning and the reference sets, the particular parameters of the satellite orbit are divided into, two groups: the intraplanar parameters describing the motion of the geostationary satellite in the orbital plane, and the extraplanar parameters describing the position of this plane in the inertial space, a series of evaluations of the intraplanar parameters of the orbit is performed by a static processing of measurements from the learning set at different fixed values of the extraplanar parameters, and the respective values of deviations of the parameters from the reference set are calculated, after hat the evaluations of the parameters of the geostationary orbit are selected. For which the sum of the squares of deviations of the values of measurements from the reference set is minimum. ^ EFFECT: provided the required precision of determination of the orbit parameters at simplified means of realization of the method.
