Zusammenfassung:FIELD: restoration of worn and strengthening of working surfaces of parts such as bodies of revolution. ^ SUBSTANCE: part is driven to rotation by means of rotation mechanism. Roller electrode is forced to part by means of loading mechanism and it rotates by action of friction force. Powder is fed from metering hopper to welding-on zone. When welding current pulse is absent powder is sucked to pipeline and it is fed to filter for collecting powder. If welding current pulse is supplied magnetic flux acts upon powder particles and powder particles are attracted under roller electrode for welding on to part. Powder excess is sucked to pipeline by effort less than attraction force of magnetic flux in welding on zone and it is fed to filter for collecting powder. ^ EFFECT: possibility for regulating quantity of sucked powder depending upon desired thickness of coating and modes of welding on, stable quality of welding on regardless wear degree of roller electrode. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl
