One should fulfill L-shapely skin incision in the lower third of the forearm, dissect N-shapely proximal part of retinaculum extensorum, dissect without separating periosteum against the bone the 2nd, the 3d, the 4th osseous-fibrous canals of extensors' tendons, dissect Z-shapely the tendon of brachioradial muscle, guide Kirschner's needles into the radius, fulfill open reposition of the radius' fragments at temporary fixation, put a plate onto the radius' periosteum, suture the tendon of brachioradial muscle, suture the dissected proximal part of retinaculum extensorum above the plate under extensors' tendons by keeping the tendons of long extensor of the thumb in subcutaneous fiber, suture in subcutaneous fiber and skin.
