FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, automated electronic document workflow system for federal elections and referendums with usage of electronic digital signatures. ^ SUBSTANCE: the system contains input data receipt block, block for receiving data of system server database, block for identification of territorial election committees, block for identification of electronic digital signatures, block for generation of signals for recording and reading of server database, block for generating growing total of results of elections and referendums, block for selecting time cycle of input data recording, block for outputting final data of results of elections and referendums. ^ EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of data and speed of system operation due to localization of record addresses in database using identifiers of territorial election committees and generation of growing total of voting results in real time scale only in presence of electronic digital signatures of chairmen of territorial election committees. ^ 7 dwg
