Zusammenfassung:FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, creation of forest pastures on arid territories. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotating vertical pole with knives, tip in its lower part, and carrier with stop coming into contact with surface of hole. Each of said knives is equipped with transporting and cutting members. Transporting member is connected through turnbuckle, vertical axially aligned pivot joints with cutting member. Lower edges of transporting and cutting members are provided with blades. Working edges of blades are oriented along generatrix of conical surface. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced consumption of power, and minimized expenses for creating of forest pastures on sub-arid and arid territories. ^ 3 dwg
