Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine, differential diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to inject intravenously 199Tl-chloride, carry out planar scintigraphy at early phase at visual detection of the area of the increased accumulation of the marker and the ratio of 199Tl-chloride hyperfixation in pathological focus and corresponding contralateral area or intact area being adjacent to pathological focus at early stage of ER survey. One should determine the ratios of 199Tl-chloride in pathological focus and corresponding contralateral area or intact area being adjacent to pathological focus at delayed phase of DR survey. It is important to calculate the index of retention RI according to the following formula: RI=DR/ER. One should determine the alteration in the distinct picture of external contours in the focus of the increased accumulation of the marker depending upon the phase of the survey conducted. At RI1.0 and accuracy of external contours of 199Tl-chloride pathological hyperfixation in early phase of the survey being less pronounced against that in the delayed phase one should diagnose a malignant neoplasm. The suggested method enables to carry out differential diagnostics of inspecific inflammatory processes and malignant neoplasms depending upon the developed differential-diagnostic criteria. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics. ^ 4 dwg, 2 ex |
