Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: nondestructive testing. ^ SUBSTANCE: ionizing radiation converter comprises spectrum-mixing members made of belts and layer of powder luminescent solid applied on the surface of the belt or introduced in the composition. The belt is coated with a light-reflecting shell whose refractivity is less that the refractivity of the belt material for transporting light to the end of the belt due to the total internal reflection of light.
