Zusammenfassung:FIELD: transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic security systems making it possible to provide protection and location of vehicles. Carry-on complex is mounted on vehicle to be protected which includes microcontroller,, security alarms, actuators, carry-on hopping signal transmitter with carry-on transmitting antenna and radio rangefinder with carry-on receiving antenna. Alarm are connected with inputs of microcontroller, and radio rangefinder, with additional input of microcontroller. Actuators are connected to control outputs of microcontroller and are made to interlock vehicle. Reference input of radio rangefinder is connected to output of pseudorandom frequency output of carry-on hopping signal transmitter. User has carry-on complex including antenna switch with carry-on transmit-receive antenna, carry-on hopping-signal receiver, hopping-signal transmitter-retransmitted, personal navigator and azimuth sensor. Personal navigator is connected by first input to first output of carry-0n hoping signal receiver. Input of transmitter-retransmitter of hopping signal is connected to output of carry-on hopping signal receiver, and output, to input of antenna switch whose output is connected with input of carry-on hopping signal receiver. Azimuth sensor is coupled with carry-on transmit-receive antenna and is connected to second input of personal navigator. Personal navigator is provided with series-connected electronic compass, azimuth calculator and indicator unit. ^ EFFECT: provision of limited (local) zone of accuracy of vehicle location, facilitated location of vehicle without use of GPS receiver even under high concentration of sources of interferences in said local zone. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg
