METHOD FOR PREVENTING THE COMPLICATIONS OF CHEMOTHERAPY WHILE TREATING ONCOLOGICAL DISEASE

FIELD: medicine, oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the second fraction of Dorogov's antiseptic stimulant (DAS-f2) in 5%-novocain solution at 1:5 ratio should be dissolved with water at 1:200. The preparation should be introduced perorally at the dosage of 0.1-0.510-3 mg/kg body weight once daily in the morning about 20-30 min before meals. Moreover, the intake of the preparation suggested should be started from the lowest limit of dosages; range. The prophylaxis should be carried out before, during and after chemotherapy.
