Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mining, particularly mine lining at deep horizons in circumstances characterized by intensive rock shifting. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves forming excavation 1 with the use of standard equipment, for instance development machine, along seam with side rock blasting; supporting excavation by means of permanent lining formed as multisectional lining having trapezoid cross-section including frames 2 with tops 3, posts 4, corner sections 5, clips 6 with nuts 7 and with strips 8; preliminarily forming central orifice 9 and side orifices 10, 11 in top 3 so that side orifices are symmetric with respect to orifice 9; connecting corner sections 5 to top 3; drilling vertical blast-hole 13 for bolt receiving 14 in frame installation zone; suspending top 3 with corner links 5 by screwing-on nut 16 with leaving space at excavation roof; arranging grid-like tie members 18 in said space and pressing top 3 to excavation roof by means of nut 16; drilling blast-holes 19, 20 for bolts 21, 22 receiving through orifices 10, 11 of top 3 and grid-like tie member 18 cells with inclination thereof from vertical blast-hole 13; fastening bolts 21, 22 in blast-holes 19, 20; installing posts 4 in post location points; reinforcing permanent lining with additional lining after permanent lining construction termination. Additional lining is formed by installing bolts 28, 29 in blast-holes 23, 24 in space defined by frames and by inserting bolts 30, 31 in blast-holes 25, 26 drilled in excavation sides. The blast-holes 23, 24 are drilled in areas of excavation roof connection with sides thereof. The blast-holes 25, 26 are drilled in single transversal plane and inclined towards virgin massif. ^ EFFECT: increased mine lining efficiency due to improved roof support conditions. ^ 6 dwg
