Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petrochemical processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: process resides in isomerization of hydrocarbon feedstock on high-activity low-temperature isomerization catalysts and comprises fractionation of feedstock and isomerization products. In order to improve quality of feedstock and isomerization products, gasoline fraction hydrogenizate is subjected to preliminary fractionation, in particular, light hydrocarbon feedstock with dry point up to 100C is first subjected to hydrofining on cobalt or nickel-molybdenum catalysts in at least one rectification column to produce hydrocarbon gases containing hydrogen sulfide, isopentane fraction containing dissolved water and sulfur compounds, n-pentane- and hexane isomers-enriched fraction, and heavy fraction. n-Pentane- and hexane isomers-enriched fraction is sent to isomerization; light high-octane portion of isomerizate is blended with light isopentane-containing fraction to increase yield and octane characteristics of light iso-component; and heavy residue of hydrofined feedstock fractionation is used to compound gasolines. ^ EFFECT: increased yield and octane number of iso-component containing mixture of pentanes and high-octane hexane isomers. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg, 7 tbl, 6 ex |
