Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: operation of boiler installations, namely, preparation of hydrocarbon high viscosity liquid fuels, primarily boiler oil, to combustion in boiler installations. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of hydrocarbon high viscosity liquid fuels, primarily boiler oil, to combustion in boiler installations includes heating and emulsification of fuel by means of intensive cavitation effect with following recirculation, during change of pressure in cavitation zone of cavitation device within range of 2-25 kgf/cm2. After each cavitation effect with pressure at output of cavitation device within range of 50-70 kPa, simultaneously a sample of processed hydrocarbon high viscosity liquid fuel is taken, its fractioning is performed and percentage of low-molecular fractions of hydrocarbons is determined with their content in original fuel. On achievement of maximal content of low-molecular hydrocarbon fractions in processed fuel, recirculation is stopped and fuel is dispatched for combustion. ^ EFFECT: improvement of technological and thermo-energetic characteristics of hydrocarbon high viscosity liquid fuels prior to their combustion in thermo-energetic plants. ^ 2 ex, 2 dwg |
