Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: cryogenic equipment, particularly for natural gas liquefaction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves separating gas flow into three flows at gas-distribution station; supplying the first flow into main high temperature heat-exchanger; delivering the second flow in parallel to the first one into bypass pipeline provided with control valve; moving the third flow to supplementary heat-exchanger inlet; mixing the first and the second gas flows and separating thereof into two portions; supplying major portion to expansion turbine of expander-compressor plant; delivering minor portion to inlet of lower temperature heat exchanger; serially supplying low-pressure cooled gas from expander outlet into main lower temperature heat exchanger, main high temperature heat exchanger and then to inlet of expander-compressor plant compressor to compress the flow up to pressure corresponding to gas pressure at gas distribution station outlet and after that delivering said gas flow into outlet manifold; mixing high-pressure cooled gas flow exiting main low temperature heat-exchanger with gas flow downstream of supplementary heat-exchanger and throttling thereof; separating non-condensed fraction and transferring thereof to supplementary heat-exchanger and then to gas-distribution station outlet. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of natural gas liquefaction. ^ 1 dwg
