Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, working screws of screw pumps in lathes, grinders and working centers. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes spindle with cutting tool. In order to enhance efficiency, accuracy and quality of working, cutting tool is made in the form of cylindrical milling cutter mounted with possibility of oscillation motion by action of crank-connecting rod head having crank whose rotation is matched with rotation of worked blank and connecting rod whose one end is jointly coupled with crank and whose other end is coupled with slide performing rectilinear reciprocation motions. Connecting rod is rigidly joined with fork where cylindrical milling cutter with individual main-motion drive is mounted. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency, accuracy and quality of milling blank. ^ 11 dwg
