The latter comprises thermoplastic material and at least one isoolefin copolymer including unit derived from halomethylstyrene, which are mixed with at least one hindered amine or phosphine of formula R1R2R3N or R1R2R3P. In a preferred embodiment, R1, R2, and R3 represent lower and higher alkyl groups.
