Mental and speech development delay and background neurologic-and-behavioral disease elements are detected. Medical treatment is carried out via controlling biologically active points of the classical meridians. Wernike zone, Broca zone and initiative zone projections upon patient scalp are additionally included into cranial zones set. Selected cranial zones treatment is carried out via extrameridian biologically active points available in the center of mating brain area or zone projection. Meridian C hyperfunction points out to availability of residual perinatal brain cortex hypoxia phenomena. These cases are treated in mediated sedative operation mode. Meridian VB hyper- or hypofunction points out to brain cortex blood supply disorders as a result of brain blood vessels dystonia. These cases are treated in mediated sedative operation mode or mediated and direct stimulating mode, respectively.
