Zusammenfassung:FIELD: industrial and civil construction, particularly chemical consolidation of foundation bases. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling well; driving hollow cylinder in well and supplying hardening composition inside the cylinder. Well is drilled below existent foundation bed. Well length is equal to thickness of ground to be consolidated. Before cylinder insertion well is filled with mud solution. The cylinder comprises notches formed on inner surface thereof. During device insertion the notches are directed towards foundation so that the notches are below foundation bed within the thickness of ground to be consolidated. Hardening composition is supplied in the cylinder under Ph pressure. Device for horizontal hydraulic ground fracturing comprises hollow cylinder arranged inside well and having upper end air-tightly connected to hardening compositions supply means. Cylinder is formed of hardening composition and comprises stress concentrators made as notches. The notches are preferably triangular and arranged on inner cylinder side in one or several levels directed in foundation direction below foundation bed. Cylinder dimensions are equal to well dimensions. Cylinder has sealed lower end. ^ EFFECT: increased quality and efficiency of loose foundation bed consolidation, decreased labor inputs and time for ground consolidation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
