Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily preparing basic distillery dregs to drying process; increasing content of dry substances therein, followed by drying of distillery dregs. Preliminary stage of preparing distillery dregs is completed with additional process of forming distillery dregs in continuous layer provided on carrier surface. After producing of dry substance, part of it is fed in recirculation mode to stage for increasing content of dry substances in basic distillery dregs, said stage being combined with basic distillery dregs preparing stage. Also, apparatus for preparing of dry distillery dregs is described. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced drying time. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg
