METHODS FOR CONTROLLING ARBITRARY ACCESS TO PREVENT CONFLICT BETWEEN MESSAGES SENT OVER ASCENDING LINE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

FIELD: controlling user element arbitrary access to mobile communication system. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed mobile communication system has B centers and service center that submits information pointing to number of user elements (UE) associated with group signaling in RNC. If UE responds to group signaling, RNC computes recoil window value proceeding from UE quantity pointing to recoil region required to control UE arbitrary access, inserts computed value in group signaling message, and transfers message to UEs.
