CENTRIFUGAL MULTISTAGE COMPRESSOR SET

FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressor building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as topping-up compressor raising pressure of gas from city mains to pressure required for operation of gas-turbine engine in gas-turbine power station. For this purpose compressor is made up of two sections with impellers in housing consisting of inlet and outer volutes, reverse guide-vane assemblies with connection of sections by outlet volutes. Ends of shafts are provided with longitudinal, closed and profiled oil spaces connected with oil system of set by unions-nozzles, and by channels in shaft with bearing races through channels in bearings. Oil spaces of shafts are provided with splines and spline springs connecting all shafts of set. Plugs with unions-nozzles to supply oil to extreme supports are installed on end faces of housings of last sections. Inner space of step-up gear communicates with atmosphere breather, oil trap and backup valve, and it is connected with oil tank by drain pipe and oil pumping-out system. ^ EFFECT: increased service life and improved reliability of compressor set. ^ 4 cl, 10 dwg
