Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: rocket fuels. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of charges of mixed solid propellant and comprises: preparing fuel mass, molding article, recovering a quantity of fuel mass during article molding operation, molding reference sample therefrom in mould provided with fuel shear modulus measuring system, determining fuel hardening end time on the reference sample from variation of fuel shear modulus in time, and hardening of article at time moment when hardening of reference sample fuel is ended. Before manufacture of the article, fuel mass is prepared having the same composition as that which is used to manufacture the article, after which several samples are molded therefrom in mould provided with fuel shear modulus measuring system, factor of converting sample fuel hardening time into hardening time of fuel in the article at corresponding temperature is determined, and hardening time of fuel in the article is thereby found. ^ EFFECT: enabled manufacture of article from mixed solid propellant taking onto account variation in fuel hardening kinetic parameters caused by variations in molding temperature, article dimensions, and material of shell. ^ 3 cl
