Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: the invention refers to the field of thermometry and is directed on increasing of reliability of the definition of the temperature of the liquidus of the melt of the electrolyte, reducing cost price of one measurement, a comfort of preservation, transmission and processing of measured data. ^ SUBSTANCE: the mode includes sampling of the melt of the electrolyte with a non-expandable trier with a thermo-element. Before extraction of the selected sample out of the melt of the electrolyte heating of the trier is executed to the temperature of the melt of the electrolyte. The cooling of the sample to the temperature of the liquidus is carried on the crust of the electrolyte and the temperature of the liquidus of the melt of the electrolyte is defined in the moment of time of allocation of a maximum thermal effect of crystallization as the maximum value of the second derivative temperature of the melt of the electrolyte out of the row of smoothed values of the curve of cooling of the temperature. After definition of the temperature of the liquidis ablution of the trier is executed by oscillating motions in the melt of the electrolyte and its cleaning from the residue of the melt. The interval of time between measurements of the temperature of the melt is from 1 to 0,005 seconds. The arrangement has a trier in the shape of an open bowl with a holder, a measuring sound with a thermo-element whose working site is provided with a protective casing and is located inside the open bowl. The arrangement is connected with the aid of a cable with an electronic device. The thermo-element of the measuring sound is fixed inside the holder of the bowl of the trier. The holder of the bowl of the tier is fixed on a bar. The arrangement has thermal insulators. The bowl of the trier is rigidly fixed on the holder with possibility of location of the working site of the thermo-element exactly in the center of the bowl on the equidistant from its inner surface. ^ EFFECT: increases reliability of measuring of temperature. ^ 8 cl, 3 dwg |
