DEVICE FOR DIAGNOSING CONDITION OF PRECISION PAIRS OF FUEL-INJECTION PUMP AND NOZZLES OF DIESEL ENGINE

FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for checking condition of precision pairs of fuel-injection pump and nozzles of diesel engines. Proposed device contains housing provided with high-pressure channel connected to delivery pipeline to supply test liquid to unit to be checked, plunger pump installed inside housing and provided with supply space to deliver test liquid into high-pressure channel, pump drive, delivery installed between supply space of plunger pump and high-pressure channel to create high pressure of test liquid in channel, and pressure gauge connected to high-pressure channel. Device is furnished with suction pipeline to connect supply space of plunger pump to low-pressure system of diesel engine, and safety valve installed on delivery pipeline, and drain pipeline to communicate drain hole of valve with drain space of diesel engine fuel-injection pump. Inlet of suction pipeline is connected with outlet of diesel engine fuel filter. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of device, reduced labor input when carrying out diagnostic operation. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
